Shipping for repairs
f you would like to ship a product for repair, please enclose this form (save the pdf on your PC, complete your details and print it afterwards). You can ship the device at your own risk and at your own discretion (Courier, ELTA, Shipping, etc.). If you wish to pay by cash on delivery, your equipment is always refunded with the Speedex Courier Company.

A fee of 40 euro plus VAT is charged for diagnosis in case the recommended service is not accepted by the customer. The same applies to products that are still under warranty, in case that no malfunction is detected by our service department.
