The service

Responding to the ever-increasing needs of the Engineers, we undertake the submission of the Digital Certificate to the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE), in order to accept (in terms of Digital Signature) the Topographic Charts from the receiver of the Hellenic Cadastre. The engineer should know his personal codes for the TEE.

In addition, we briefly describe the digital signature of .dxf files for submitting to ktimanet.gr (no interference and control in the AutoCad file).

The process of installing and using the USB Token Device requires time and specific steps. If you have computer knowledge and follow the instructions that came with the device, you can do it yourself. If you have difficulty, you can take advantage of the Novatron Remote Access Service Token.

The steps of the entire process are described below. The first (A) case concerns the purchase of the service at the same time as the USB Token (so you have the 30% discount) and the second (B) purchase the service at a later time.

Νote: In order to install the personal certificates of the interested person from the ERMH portal, a computer with Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 8, 9 or 10 must be available.

A. Purchase of Remote Installation Service together with the USB Token (30% discount on service)

• You will are notified about the serial number of the USB Token that you will need when submitting a Digital Certificate Issue Request to the Mercury Gateway and the nine-digit remote installation code that you will use to communicate with our technical department and complete the installation.

• You create an account at the HERMES portal (http://www.ermis.gov.gr/portal/page/portal/ermis/) by correctly stating your e-mail and your real details. Then submit a Digital Certificate Issuance Request. See the detailed instructions here.

• You further complete a statement to our company as per the template you will find here. For your convenience, you can print it and fill in your details.

• You go to any KEP to approve and certify the request for a Digital Certificate and validate a valid signature in the statement to our company.

• You represent us with the responsible statement to our company and the access details of your account to HERMES and TEE. For convenience, you can send them by fax at 210 6180866 or by e-mail at info@novatron.gr

• We import the certificates into the USB Token, we register them at the TEE portal and send it to you at your own expense.

• Once in your hands, call Novatron's technical department to continue the process on your PC. A brief, how - to demonstration follows.

B. Purchase Remote Installation Service After you have purchased the USB Token

• You create an account at the HERMES portal (www.ermis.gov.gr) by correctly stating your e-mail and your real details. Then submit a Digital Certificate Issuance Request. See the detailed instructions here.

• You go to any KEP to approve the Digital Certificate Request.

• You are invited to our technical department to make an appointment for installing and demonstrating the use of the USB Token.

NOTE: The user must have a Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 8, 9 or 10 operating system. Any other operating system (Windows XP, 8, or 10) can not be installed.
